LASENOR CHARBHUJA is an Indian Private Limited Company created as a result of the alliance of two companies consolidated in both market and technology services; LASENOR and CHARBHUJA. Nowadays, the market of raw materials and end products is becoming more and more global. To have direct contact with the origin of raw materials and also to distribute food emulsifiers in overseas markets, Lasenor has formed strategic alliances in countries producing raw materials and finished products. For this purpose, Lasenor has made two joint ventures, one in India and another one in Argentina, with local partners. In India, Lasenor has made a joint-venture with Charbhuja, company that produces Specialty Fats, Processed Peanuts and their derivatives and IP Soya Lecithin. The new company, Lasenor Charbhuja, is in charge to deliver IP Soya Lecithin and some LecithinSpecialties to Indian, European and Japanese markets.
